Urgent Appeal for Dash Cam and CCTV Footage to Assist in Missing John Rattigan Search
Police are urgently appealing for dash cam footage and private CCTV footage to assist officers with the search of missing John Rattigan, 73.

Officers now have evidence to suggest he was last seen yesterday morning, Friday 24th January in Hartlepool. John is very vulnerable and officers are extremely concerned for his welfare.

The below timeline shows the last movements of John in Hartlepool yesterday and officers are appealing for anyone with dash cam or private CCTV footage from this time and area to please come forward as a matter of urgency.

04:53am - Leaves Albany Court
05:00am – Sighted on Murray Street towards Hart Lane
05:05am – 05:15am – Seen in the Civic Centre area
05:16am – Sighted on Dalton Street Westbound
05:50am – Seen near to Aldi on Hart Lane

He is described as being around 6 ft 1” to 6 ft 4” tall, of proportionate build and has distinctive tattoos on his right hand.

John also wears glasses and was last seen wearing a dark jacket and jeans.

It is believed he may have travelled to the Leeds area.

Anyone with CCTV or dash cam footage or anyone who may have seen John, or knows of his current whereabouts, is asked to contact Cleveland Police on 101.
