Fail to Stop Collision on High Street Brotton

Police are appealing for information after a fail to stop collision occurred on the High Street in Brotton, at the junction with Ings Lane.
The collision occurred on Tuesday 24th September at around 5pm and involved a green Ford Focus and an 8-year-old boy.
The driver of the vehicle failed to stop at the scene and officers are appealing for this person to come forward as they may be able to assist with enquiries.
As a result of the collision the boy suffered a fractured foot.
