Witness Appeal after Incident of Criminal Damage in Middlesbrough

Police are appealing for witnesses of criminal damage to a taxi on Marton Road in Middlesbrough.

The incident occurred around 04:30am on Monday 27 May, at the side of McDonald’s near to Cineworld cinemas.

An unknown male approached the vehicle and punched the rear windscreen causing it to completely shatter.

Any witnesses to the incident are asked to contact PC Shaun Townsend on the non-emergency number 101, quoting the event number 088279. Crimestoppers can also be contacted anonymously on 0800 555 111 or online at www.crimestoppers-uk.org.
