Woman Robbed in Normanby
Police are appealing for information after a 38-year-old woman was robbed whilst walking her dog on the ‘black path’ to the rear of Skippers Lane in Normanby.
The incident occurred yesterday, Thursday 2nd May at 12:15pm when the victim was approached by a man on a bike who pushed her to the ground and then stole her handbag which contained a purse.
The man is described as being a white male, around 40-years-old, of medium build, 5 ft 6” tall and was clean shaven. He was wearing a grey baseball cap, green jacket, light coloured trousers and trainers. He was also riding a chunky framed bike which was bright white with red coloured forks and handlebars and there were two Farm Foods carrier bags hanging from the handlebars.
