Appeal for Victim of Alleged Assault to Come Forward
 
Officers are appealing for a victim to come forward following an alleged assault near to McDonalds on Linthorpe Road.
 
Police received a report of an assault at around 8pm on Tuesday 5th March but the victim had left prior to police arrival.
 
Two men aged 33 and 23 were arrested and charged in connection with the incident and will appear at Teesside Magistrates Court on Wednesday 20th March.
 
The victim is believed to be between 20/30-years-old and he is a white male of slim build and he was wearing a grey hooded jacket.
 
Anyone with information regarding the reported incident or anyone with information regarding the victim is asked to contact PC Chris Swales from Cleveland Police on 101 quoting event number 037893.
