Appeal for Driver to come Forward Following Collision with a Fiesta and a Van

Police are appealing for information after a collision involving a blue Ford Fiesta collided and a Vauxhall combo van occurred.


The incident happened on Thursday 28th September at 6:20pm on Whitehouse Road in Billingham near to the junction with Wilmire Road.


As a result of the collision the Fiesta overturned onto its roof and the driver of the van left prior to police arrival. The driver of the Fiesta received minor injuries.


Officers are appealing for driver of the van to come forward as they may be able to assist with enquiries.


Any witnesses or anyone with information is asked to contact PC Mark Pearson from the Cleveland and Durham Specialist Operations Unit on the non-emergency number on 101, quoting event number 175767.
