General update

Hello,

I believe most of you will have seen the damage on Laburnum road. This is still under investigation looking at all angles and so far findings are being made. Those involved are being supported accordingly. I have been conducting extra foot and car patrols to offer further reassurance around this time.

General crime prevention advice as follows. If CCTV is available as a force we highly recommended as this not only helps to deter crime but also helps investigations. Always checking locks and windows, keeping keys in hidden place away from  doors. If anyone would like myself to visit to help with more specific targeted advice I am more happy to do so.

With the summer approaching I have been conducting chats with local youths in hot spot areas such as ZETLAND park, any scooters to be returned home with warnings as well as advice if seen again will be seized.  Advice to be able to enjoy summer safely has been done and they are aware I will be patrolling.

Conversation's with dog owners regarding dogs on leads as well as parking advice to those having neighbour disputes.
