Ward update

Since the 20th of April the ward has had

The ward has had 3 calls regarding ASB, 

2 are neighbour disputes, 

1 was regarding off road bikes on the moor near Birk Brow

11 Crime related calls were made to police, these consisted of

7 violence against the persons.

6 domestic related, 5 of these are ex-partner related, 3 persons arrested

1 dog on dog attack

2 criminal damages.

1 Robbery, this was a theft of parcel delivery van, the driver had left the keys in and engine running. The van was recovered near Greens with all the parcels left untouched

And 1 other crime related offence. A breach of domestic court order

Other work.

1 male arrested by response officers for failing to attend court

We had identified a male who had an expired driving licence due to bad health, he was driving daily basis. On advice from our Insp it was decided the best course of action was to take the keys off the male and give to his relation
