2026 Victims' Survey

Claire Waxman, Victims' Commissioner for England and Wales, has launched the 2026 Victims' Survey and we need your help to make it a success.

This survey is the only one of its kind in England and Wales. It gives victims a direct voice on their experience of the criminal justice system and the Commissioner uses it to drive real change.

The survey is open 8 April to 6 May 2026

It is anonymous, takes around 15 minutes, and is open to anyone aged 16+ who has experienced crime since January 2021 - whether or not they reported it to police. TONIC are supporting the Victims’ Commissioner with this project.
