Knife Awareness/Safety

Hello can i please share the feeback from Sacred Heart Primary and Catcote Academy Hartlepool after last week and this weeks Police inputs.

Sacred Heart :

Thank you to you and your colleagues for visiting Nursery and building positive relationships with our youngest children.  They have never stopped talking about the police since you all left and are loving playing police.  It was lovely to hear them at home-time telling their parents all about your visit.

Catcote Academy :

On Monday, students in KS3 and KS4 Red Pathway had the opportunity to listen to a fantastic guest speaker in school. PC Coggin, the school liaison officer for Cleveland Police, came in to talk to students about Knife Awareness. Students listened to what Knife Crime is and discussed the cost implications to the community when knife crime occurs. 

Students really enjoyed the morning, learning lots of facts and new information on Knife Awareness and the role of the Police Force. We look forward to seeing PC Coggin in future assemblies. Hartlepool Police
