Off road bikes Saltersgill area.

Good afternoon all,

There has been recent reports of off road bikes riding up and down Saltersgill avenue. The riders have no helmets and are wearing balaclavas, so they can't be identified.

Plus we can't chase the bikes incase an accident occurs.
